A local delivery fee of $7.95 will be added to each order, for each address in Madison. Deliveries outside our local delivery area may be slightly higher. Click here to visit our “Delivery Policies” to see the surrounding areas, outside of our local delivery area that we service as well as the minimums and delivery fees that accompany them. We do not deliver to rural route addresses.

Due to our high volume of daily orders we cannot send back verification of delivery notices. We would contact you if any problem with delivery arose.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, during our normal hours of delivery, but we cannot guarantee them.

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon (holiday orders are exempt) in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

Wedding service and delivery fees which require specific times, etc. are higher.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly, additional sending fees apply. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, please place your orders at least 4 days prior to the following major holidays: Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.

Our shop will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Sunday & Monday of Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day, Sunday & Monday of Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.

George’s Flowers serves the entire community of Madison, Wisconsin as well as the surrounding communities of Middleton, McFarland, Oregon, Verona, Sun Prairie and Waunakee. Depending upon availability George’s Flowers retains the right to substitute any flowers &/or containers that may be needed, while still filling the order to value. Occasionally, these substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchid bouquets, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
